Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one sessions allow clients to deep dive into pressing life situations and circumstances with the purpose of understanding the wide-scale of emotions that may be had about them. Collectively, we will create a plan of care around the issues you'd like to discuss, and/or the areas you seek improvement in.
Each session, we will spend time in exploration and discovery to ultimately get to the root of your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Once we have gained an understanding of the, "Why?", we will be able to adopt new attitudes, feelings, and practices that will prove beneficial to excelling in your purpose. Be it small scale circumstances, or traumatic experiences - services are personalized to suit your needs.

I recognize that each woman’s experience is unique, and I approach therapy with a deep respect for your individual needs and circumstances. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy, we will work together to address the emotional impact of your journey. We will focus on reducing intensity of symptoms, building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and fostering self-compassion. I also incorporate holistic approaches, considering how your mind and body work together to support your healing process.

My approach is rooted in empathy and validation. I am not just here to help you cope with symptoms—my goal is to help you regain your sense of self, power, and peace during what can feel like a very challenging period. Often, these struggles can be compounded by a sense of isolation, guilt, or shame, which is why I make it my priority to create a therapeutic environment where you feel heard, seen, and fully supported.
